Now Jade

We were very fortunate to experience Now Jade on our last vacation. Beautiful sands, stretching the caribbean coastline. The service was impressive at this resort. We had zero negative experiences and would return in a heart beat. 

Now jade, located in Northeastern part of Mexico along the stretch of Riviera Maya Caribbean coastline. Fifteen minutes bus ride away from Playa del Carmen or three and a half hours away from Chichen Itza. We considered how far Chichen Itza was, but with great reviews, we couldn’t pass up going.

What we loved most about Now Jade is that everyone working at the resort seemed happy. This resulted in very good customer service and we were impressed. Traveling before was never this good. Honestly, if you had a request, it would get done. I can’t stress this enough. The employees kept the resort and rooms very clean and maintained. Rooms were bug free, and we were grateful for that. 

Now jade offers five fine dining restaurants, one buffet restaurant, and 24 hour room service. Random beach grills were scattered around the resort as well.  No matter what option you choose, it was unlimited and it was delicious. There is NO reservations allowed, which meant you could go to any restaurant anytime up till 11:00pm. This allowed us to eat where we wanted, whenever we wanted and if we didn’t feel like dressing up we would hit up the tasty buffet.

Infinity Pool with full beverage service is where we were retreating. This was the first resort we didn’t have to go to the beach to enjoy the beach. The beach games were easily watched from the pool area. Soft beautiful sand complimented the pool side, allowing for nice long walks. 

The selection of beverages was quiet large. We had no issue finding all our favourite drinks on this resort. The rooms were well stocked and crunching your thirst was never an issue. 

We got to experience The MLB World Series on a massive tv in the lobby. They aired many NFL games and I felt like we didn’t leave the comfort of our living room. After the games, the beach was only a short walk away.

At the end of it all, we had such a wonderful experience at Now Jade that we would defiantly return. If I was to rate the resort, it deserves five Stars.
